Add to a shaker:
- 35ml Perfetto pink grapefruit gin
- 25ml Aperol
- 25ml Fresh lemon juice
- 12.5ml Almond syrup
Shake and fine strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with grapefruit twist.

Add to a rocks glass:
- 25ml Perfetto Blood Orange gin
- 25ml Campari
- 25ml Peach liqueur
Add ice cubes to a short rocks glass, pour ingredients and stir for 10 seconds. Garnish with orange slice.

- 25ml Perfetto blood orange gin
- 25ml Limoncello
- Prosecco to fill
Add ice cubes to a balloon glass, pour ingredients and stir for 10 seconds.

Add to a shaker:
- 37.5ml Perfetto pink grapefruit gin
- 12.5ml Amaretto
- 20ml Fresh lemon juice
- Sanpellegrino lemonade to fill
Shake and fine strain into a highball glass over ice and fill with lemonade. Garnish with orange slice and maraschino cherry.

METHOD
Add to a tall glass:
- 50ml Perfetto lemon Gin
- 15ml lemon juice
- 20ml sugar syrup
- 5-8 mint leaves (plus a sprig to garnish)
- Soda water to fill
- Lemon twist (to garnish)
Muddle ingredients for 10 seconds then add crushed ice and mix thoroughly. Add more crushed ice and top with soda and sprig of mint.
