50ml Perfetto Pink Grapefruit
20ml Raspberry Liqueur (such as Chambord)
10ml Lemon Juice
100ml San Pellegrino Tonica Citrus
Raspberries to garnish
Add all but the tonic and raspberries to a shaker with ice and shake
Strain into a coupé glass
Top with San Pellegrino Citrus and serve with raspberries on a cocktail stick!
