Enjoy this elevated gin cocktail for World Champagne Day
50ml Perfetto Lemon
25ml Lavender Syrup
25ml St. Germain
If making your own Lavender syrup, boil equal weights of water and sugar adding lavender sprigs to infuse. We used 100gm sugar, 100ml water & 5 lavender sprigs. Allow the lavender to steep until the flavour is infused to your liking.
In a coupe glass combine together the Perfetto Lemon , lavender syrup, St. Germain and champagne (top with soda if you prefer a lighter drink)
Finish with a lemon twist and enjoy!
