PRIVACY NOTICE 
Our Website only captures and stores personal information provided by you to us on a voluntary basis and therefore with your consent. In providing any personal information capable of identifying you, you give your consent for us to use it for the purpose(s) for which you provide it and in this respect CWF may deem it necessary to share this information with its sister companies. We will not use your personal information for any other purpose, except where set out below. 

Where you have provided your personal information as part of an entry to a competition, prize draw or promotion we may deem it necessary to pass your details on to our agents who will only be permitted to use and process your personal information for the purposes of administration of the competition, prize draw or promotion, under such circumstance your personal information will be retained for no longer than one month from the closing date of the competition, prize draw or promotion for which it was provided. 

CWF reserves the right to remove your details from our records at any time. 

Protecting your personal information?
Personal information which you provide is held separate from our Web Site; it is not possible for this information to be accessed via the internet, except where indicated above it will not be transferred to third parties without your approval or consent and it will not be kept for longer than one month from the closing date of the competition, prize draw or promotion for which it was provided.

Please note that we cannot guarantee the security of any personal information during its transmission to us over the internet. However, once personal information has been received by us we will keep it securely.

In order to maintain data integrity, CWF will only hold your personal information for no longer than one month from the closing date of the competition, prize draw or promotion for which it was provided. During this length of time and occasionally we will email you to ensure that your details are both correct and that you wish to remain on our records.

Disclosing your personal information?
We will disclose personal information if required to do so by law or if we believe that such action is necessary to protect and defend the rights, property or personal safety of CWF, our Web Site or its visitors.

Changing/removing your personal information from our records?

Sometimes our Web Site will contain links to other web sites (“Linked Sites”);where these Linked Sites are outside of the CWF they are outside of our control and we are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of any such Linked Sites.
